MULTI-SENSORY ZINE PROJECT
Several months after my son was born, I was craving a creative project and dreamed up this concept for a multi-sensory zine. The goal was to create something reminiscent of the nostalgic print magazines I loved—quirky quizzes, perfume samples, and interactive elements that transport readers beyond words and visuals into a world outside the page. Today's print magazines often miss this immersive quality.
With this inspiration, I chose winter as the central theme, shaping the tone across all content and materials. From a perfume sample infused with seasonal notes like nutmeg and sandalwood, to a handwritten crêpe recipe passed down from my husband’s French grandmother, the zine invited readers to experience the tastes, sounds, scents, and feelings we associate with the season. Created as a limited-edition, small-batch release, the zines sold out direct-to-consumer.
CUSTOM GIFTING EXPERIENCE
A curated client gifting experience featuring high-end products and commissioned ceramic pieces from local artist and designer Maya Blu Home. The goal was to create a sensorial experience that extended the service-based brand into the physical realm. Every object was carefully selected or created to represent the brand's style and quality while expressing gratitude to clients. The one-of-a-kind ceramics featured the brand mark, tastefully incorporating the visual identity into each piece.
THE VINTAGE ROUND TOP
I provided marketing consulting forThe Vintage Round Top, a boutique hotel in Round Top, Texas. My work spanned content strategy and creation, styling, photography, social media, and strategic initiatives to elevate the hotel's guest and brand experience. I approached each touchpoint as an opportunity to showcase the hotel's unique character and attention to detail. Below is a selection of images from Collection 03, a curation of old and new objects that captures the hotel's distinctive identity.
PHOTOGRAPHY
